Maras – Moray

We will visit the enigmatic Moray, place of agricultural experiments where the different heights were combined in a system of terraces thus creating new crops. Then Maras and the Salineras complex, where a source of salt water springs from the mountains and falls down the hillside in small individual pits conditioned to ensure a good process of the salt subsequently treated for consumption.
