If you are planning a trip to Cusco, and you are looking for a way to give back while you are here, we have the volunteer program for you! We work in a responsible and ethical manner with organizations that offer exceptional opportunities where you can make and experience a closer connection with the Cusqueñan society.

In Cusco, there are many organizations that send volunteers to the same orphanages, clinics and social projects, which creates an environment where volunteers feel less useful and more used for the benefit of the agency. At Amigos del Mundo we work directly with Non-profit organizations with whom we have built strong relationships and can guarantee a project where your help is welcome and impactful.

Our volunteer coordinator is in charge of supervising you throughout your entire time in your volunteer project in order to guarantee quality with results. We remain in communication with our volunteers on a consistent basis in order to make sure that the projects are reaching the expectations of our volunteers, offering them realistic and clear information about what they can do.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Please fill out the application form found in this link…. And send it to us along with your resume and motivation letter, and we will evaluate your profile to find the perfect project for you!

Once we confirm your placement with you and you make the corresponding deposit to reserve your spot, we will send you more detailed information about your project, as well as an acceptance letter confirming your Volunteer work.
