AMIGOS DEL MUNDO works to provide the most interesting internship positions where interns have a chance to make a difference and gain experience.

During your internship you will move past being a visitor in a foreign culture and become integrated into the Peruvian work culture, while being able to share your knowledge and experience with your hosts.

The purpose of our internship program is to give the opportunity for students and young professionals the opportunity to begin their careers with a unique experience. We differentiate ourselves in Cusco with an exclusive network of reputable organizations that work directly with Amigos del Mundo that are looking for interns to help their organization grow. Our partners are dedicated to our vision of intercultural growth, creating a mutually beneficial environment for the organization and the intern. Moreover, we offer lectures and trainings to our partners to ensure that they understand how to best utilize our interns and that the positions are dynamic and responsible.

Our coordinator is in charge of supervising your internship to guarantee quality with results. We will maintain a constant line of communication with the interns to make sure their placements are proceeding as planned, and preparing and helping them deal with the difficulties of working in a different environment. Our internships are personalized and adapt to the requirements and needs of each intern.
